At Action Now Property Mgmt. Co. we have licensed Real Estate agents with competitive fees. We are a full service property management company that manages quality single family and small multi-family residential properties in Kitsap County and believes in strong community relations.
Services Include:
- Complete Tenant Screening (including credit check; current and previous rental history; employment history; criminal history check; unlawful detainer search).
- Obtain tenant(s)
- Walk through prior to move-in, including pictures and property condition report
- Collect rents
- Payment of bills pertaining to property
- Monthly billing statements with copies of receipts associated with property to owner
- Year-end tax accounting (1099)
- Regular visual exterior inspections
- Bi-annual Interior inspections including photos
- Ongoing observations of property and its maintenance needs
- 24 hour emergency hotline for tenants
- Established relationships with quality licensed, bonded, and insured vendors
- Excellent customer service
- We are in compliance with the Landlord/Tenant laws for Washington State and Federal/State Fair Housing.
