The owner has worked in property management for over 20 years and is the only local property manager to be a licensed and bonded General Contractor. She is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), an organization that adheres to the highest standards of professionalism, and code of ethics. She is also the former president of the Kitsap County Chapter of NARPM and has been an active board member for several years. Currently, she is serving as the Vice President of the local chapter and is a member of the Washington State Board of Directors for NARPM.
